**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Summary/Objective**:
The Marketing Executive will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create engaging content, manage digital campaigns, and analyze marketing data to drive results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as design and sales) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze marketing data to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Work Environment**:
This position will primarily work in an office environment, with fieldwork flexibility. Occasional travel may be required for industry events.

**Salary/Benefits**:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

**Reporting Structure**:
The Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the sales, design, and product teams.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
