**Position**: Business Development Associate

**Role Overview**:
The Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue objectives. The role demands a proactive individual who can blend sales acumen with strategic thinking to expand market presence and contribute to organizational success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Target **coaching classes, bookstores, and educational institutions** within the assigned territory to drive business growth.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue **new business opportunities** to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong **pipeline of potential clients** through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Conduct **market research** to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop and nurture long-term **relationships with clients** through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and propose **tailored solutions** to meet their needs effectively.
- Serve as a **trusted advisor** by offering relevant insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with **marketing and product development teams** to share client feedback and support product improvement.
- Maintain **accurate sales records**, prepare reports, and track performance against defined targets.
- Analyze sales performance and develop **strategies for continuous improvement.**:

- Work closely with internal teams such as **Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development** for seamless client servicing.
- Collaborate and share **best practices** with team members to enhance overall performance.
- Deliver **exceptional post-sales support**, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in **Business Administration, Marketing**, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in **business development, sales, or a related role.**:
