**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients such as wholesalers, distributors, retail chains, and export buyers.
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product samples, and price quotations to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding market demand and trends.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and order statuses.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in garment sales, têxtile sales, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, fabrics, and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
