This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the KGS over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees. This role is a part of the Georgia-Pacific team within the KGS. GP completely owned by Koch Industries.

**Your Job**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for multiple roles across different functions and levels.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in IT/Technology or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
