As a Recruiter at HeadPro Consulting, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet our client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Proficient in IT and OR Non-IT hiring**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for **senior and leadership-level**:

- Understand job requirements through direct interaction with clients or internal hiring teams.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and offer insights on market trends.
- Work in collaboration with consulting teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.

**Experience**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years of recruitment experience**, specifically with exposure to **senior/leadership hiring**.
- Prior experience in a **recruitment consultancy**is **mandatory**.
- Proficient in using ATS, Excel/Sheets
- Proficient in using Naukri Job portal

**Skills**:

- Good English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Result-oriented with a consultative mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Joining bonus
- Performance bonus
