**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Build and maintain a network of IT professionals to support future hiring needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience recruiting for [specific IT roles, e.g., software developers, IT managers, etc.].
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
