We are looking for Diabetes Educator for PAN INDIA.

**About Company**:
**QMS MAS LTD **is a publicly listed company based in Mumbai, India. We specialize in patient service programs centred around chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and COPD. We have a staff of 180 field officers and a network of over 700 registered dietitians across India conducting these specialized training camps for reputed healthcare institutions across the country. We are now expanding our operations across multiple other areas and have seen an uptick in demand that necessitates an addition of workforce for which we are reaching out to you today.

**Scope Of Work:Roles & Responsibilities of the Diabetes Educators**:
1. **Diabetes Counselling**:

- Detailing the adverse effects of all types of Diabetes and the various lifestyle changes that will be necessary

2. **Diabetes Education**:

- Explaining the necessary steps and precautions to be taken to guard major organs such as heart, eyes, kidneys and feet from being affected by high sugar levels in diabetic patients.

3. **Diet Planning**:

- Strategize a monthly diet plan as per the patient’s local/cultural demographic factors and medical history

4. **Insulin Pen Administration (Demo)**:

- Educate patients through demonstrations, on how to inject insulin into their bodies and also how to store and knowledge regarding precautions to be taken during low blood sugar levels.

**5. Maintaining patient data
- **Record demographic and clinical patient data in the CRM software to be utilized for population health reports.

**6. Liaising

**Location Of Work**:
The nutritionist will visit one doctor each day in their OPD.

**Duration of Work**:
8 to 9-hour workday [the timings will vary depending on the assigned doctor’s OPD]

**Training**:
Detailed training for the above activities will be provided by QMS MAS LTD.

Reporting

**Recruitment Structure**:
Position: 1 year contract basis which is extanable.
- Salary: INR 16,900* per month - 10%TDS = 15100*per month approx.
- Eligibility: Completion of diploma course in nutrition & dietetics or a science graduate with the completion of diploma course with 6 months of experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
