**Position**:International Sales Executive - International Process (US Shift)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
** US Diabetic Survey Campaign**

** US Debt Consolidation**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls to potential customers.**:

- **Engage in meaningful conversations and provide detailed information based on campaign requirements.**:

- **Achieve targets and maintain high call quality standards.**

**Shift Timings**:

- **Diabetic Survey Campaign: 08:30 PM to 05:30 AM (IST)**:

- **US Debt Consolidation Campaign: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (IST)**

**US Debt Consolidation**:

- **Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in outbound calling within the US Loan industry.**:

- **Freshers are also encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.**

**US Diabetic Survey Campaign**:

- **Experience: Minimum 1 year in conducting outbound surveys related to diabetes or healthcare.**:

- **Freshers are welcome to apply, with relevant training offered.**

**Essential Skills**:

- **Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with customers.**:

- **Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers professionally.**:
