**Client Servicing Manager**
**Job description**:
- Act as a single point of contact between the client and VBC. Ability to understand a client's requirements and translate it into a brief is essential.
- The most important task is to get the right brief to the creative team, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief, that it is kept within the time frame and meets the client's objective.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, approachable, outgoing and diplomatic. Should have ability to make presentations with conviction.
- Needs to be a strategic thinker, a great communicator and have a sharp eye for detail.
- Ensure that the client is getting the best results from the whole VBC team.
- Should have impeccable command over spoken & written english. Should be a great negotiator & smart in appearance.
**Typical Work Activities**:
Understanding the client’s requirement & accordingly getting the internal teams to provide creative solutions.
Presenting the creative solution to the client, getting necessary approvals and finalizing the approach for further
course of action.
Managing the workflow, and coming up with solutions to execute jobs as per deadlines.
Provide timely feedback to the internal teams and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept,
design, etc.
Meeting clients on regular basis to understand their business and requirements.
Monthly/ Weekly report to the Management/ Client regarding account's activities and health.
**What we’re Looking for**:

- Ability to provide remarkable client experiences (our clients stay with us for yearsand you should be the main reasons why). Followed by.
- Strong project management skills (aka, the ability to efficiently and effectively get things done yourself and through people in our teams). Followed by
- Client Servicing/ Account Management experience within an agency (and most importantly, the ability to learn & grow, stay on top of current trends, and focus on results)
**Desired Skills and Experience**
These are indeed necessary requirements.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Account Management/ Client Servicing experience in an agency environment(where you were responsible for your clients’ relationship and success)
- Should have in-depth knowledge of the work activities and processes within an agency.
- A focus on the details (reallypay close attention to the details if you’d like to get an interview for this
position)
