**Designation**: Client Servicing Executive

**Reporting to**:Sr. Client Service Manager

**Location**:Baner**, **Pune (Work from office)

Client Servicing Executive is responsible to coordinate, schedule & ensure client satisfaction with the organization's product or service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders
- Coordinate with different project stakeholders - Internal & External.
- Answer queries regarding product/ services & processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services.
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc.
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints

2. Computer skills with good speed (Good hands-on Excel formulae)

3. Good with logical reasoning, the quick adaption of new skill sets, and understanding of process flow

**Qualification**:Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, BBA, BE COMP/IT, BCA

**Years of Experience**:Preferred**:
**Salary**: 25,000 to 28,000 Per Month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
