About the Role WNS is hiring a Client Services Executive who will be responsible for managing client relationships, interacting with international clients, and ensuring smooth service delivery with a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, including international clients. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. - Understand client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. - Track client satisfaction and share periodic performance reports. - Prepare documentation, client updates, and activity reports. - Identify scope for improvements and value additions. Required Skills & Competencies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with international clients confidently. - Customer-focused and professional approach to client management. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Preference for candidates from Hotel Management background. Eligibility Criteria - Graduate from any discipline (Hotel Management preferred). - Minimum 1+ years of experience in client servicing, customer management, or international client handling. - Must be comfortable working in a Day Shift at the Pune location.
