**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- As a client servicing executive, you may be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during a project. Having strong problem-solving skills can help you identify the source of a problem and develop a solution.
- Ensure smooth delivery of content related to the project and respond to all calls from clients for support and Manage client relationships to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of their project.
- Coordinate and take updates from the delivery team(Content writers, Designers, etc.) and ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Basic knowledge of Corel Draw and willingness to learn - should be able to perform minor modifications and updates.
- Should be adept at M/S Word, Excel, PowerPoint (M/S Office) - Knowledge of Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Excellent language skills - Verbal and Written, careful proofreading according to client's specifications.
- Research for the latest topics related to security awareness that need to be worked upon.
- Generate Reports.

**Requirements**:

- A computer-related degree like B.E., B.C.S, B.C.A. is preferred.
- Work experience of 0-2 years preferred.
- Should have a basic understanding of cyber security.
- Good at research, proactive with communication, and coming up with new creative ideas for content and delivery.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
