**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office administration, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
- Oversee inventory management for office supplies, equipment, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation, attendance, and petty cash handling.
- Maintain records, reports, and filing systems efficiently.
- Supervise office staff, security, and support personnel where applicable.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in administration/executive role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, negotiations, and contracts.
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,753.37 per month
