**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian, Chinese, and Tandoori dishes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our hotel standards.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient selection.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of **1 year or more** in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Proficiency in **Indian, Chinese, and Tandoori** cuisine.
- Good knowledge of spices, flavors, and seasonings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
