Assist in the formation and dissolution of corporate entities, including drafting incorporation documents and board resolutions. 5. Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law issues, regulations, and precedents. 6. Review and update corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 7. Manage legal documentation and maintain corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and filings. 8. Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on legal matters as required. 9. Support the legal team in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters involving the organization. 10. Provide legal training and guidance to internal departments on corporate legal matters and best practices.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB & LLM) from a recognized institution. 2. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or a state bar council. 3. Minimum 6 months of experience practicing corporate law, preferably in a corporate law firm or in-house legal department. 4. Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial transactions. 5. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases. 10. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
