Corporate Lawyer - Visko Group, Indore**Position Overview**

As the **Corporate Lawyer** (In‑House Counsel) at Visko Group in Indore, you'll be central to ensuring the company's legal and regulatory compliance, while facilitating business growth and protecting its interests across corporate matters.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide proactive legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a broad array of legal documents including contracts, joint venture agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts LinkedIn Business SolutionsSuperworks.
- Lead and coordinate legal efforts for M&A, company registrations, restructuring, or strategic transactions (as applicable).
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, external counsel, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal norms.
- Conduct due diligence and legal research for proposed business initiatives.
- Support internal teams (HR, finance, operations) on legal interpretations, policy drafting, and compliance training.
- Regularly update the management on legal risk landscape and suggest best practices.
- Contribute to the implementation and revision of internal legal policies, SOPs, and compliance manuals SuperworksTrabajo.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational**: LLB or BA LLB degree from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council of India LinkedIn Business SolutionsSuperworks.
- **Experience**: Ideally 3-8 years in corporate law—either in‑house or at a reputable law firm—handling contracts, compliance, corporate governance, or related matters SuperworksTrabajo.
- **Technical**: Strong skills in legal drafting, contract negotiation, legal research, and regulatory compliance.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication (verbal/written), analytical ability, negotiation, and attention to detail.
- **Merits**: Previous exposure to M&A, joint ventures, or corporate restructuring is a significant advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- LLM in Corporate Law or specialization in Company Law.
- Prior experience in the relevant industry or in a tech-enabled business environment (if Visko HR works in that domain).
- Experience with internal policy development or governance frameworks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
