About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer with experience in corporate law, compliance, and intellectual property rights (IPR). The role involves managing all legal aspects of the company's operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and protecting the organization's intellectual assets. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted legal advisor and support business decisions with accurate, practical, and timely legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all corporate legal matters, including compliance, contracts, and documentation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, NDAs, vendor and partnership contracts.
  • Manage and protect the company's trademarks and intellectual property portfolio.
  • Provide strategic legal advice related to business operations, e-commerce, and product regulations.
  • Ensure the company's practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsels to resolve legal issues efficiently.
  • Handle brand protection initiatives and represent the company in IPR or trademark cases when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LLB / LLM).
  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, or intellectual property law.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate and IPR regulations, including trademark management.
  • Prior exposure to e-commerce or product-based legal matters preferred.
  • Strong skills in legal drafting, documentation, negotiation, and communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
