Should have a strong law firm background.

Should be well versed with end to end Projects/ Finance based transactions.

Should have strong drafting skills and should be experienced with drafting
and negotiating Corporate / Commercial / Financial Agreements, Memorandums
and Due Diligence.

Job Description: Lawyer (Taxation)

Location: Sector 90, Noida

**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Experience Required: 4-6 years

Skills Required: Taxation, Accounts, Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents

Job Responsibilities:
Handle legal matters related to taxation, including but not limited to GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Taxation.

Provide legal advice on tax planning and compliance for clients.

Represent clients in legal proceedings before tax authorities, tribunals, and other relevant bodies.

Assist in tax audits, appeals, and dispute resolution.

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents related to taxation matters.

Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Liaise with clients to understand their tax issues and provide appropriate legal guidance.

Conduct legal research and prepare case files for representation in court or tribunals.

Qualifications:
LLB degree from a recognized law school.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in taxation law, preferably with a focus on accounts.

Strong understanding of taxation laws and regulations in India.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and legal cases simultaneously.
