**Job Title**: Enrolment Executive - Training Centre/Institute/College
**Department**: Admissions / Sales / Outreach

**Reporting To**: Centre Manager / Sales Head / Enrolment Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and follow up on inquiries from various sources (walk-ins, online leads, referrals, calls).
- Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed enrolments through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolment data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities such as seminars, school visits, and career fairs.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on enrolment status and targets achieved.
- Maintain a good understanding of the courses and ensure updated knowledge is shared with prospects.
- Provide after-admission support and maintain a strong relationship with enrolled students.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Education, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions/enrolments/sales (Freshers may be considered for junior roles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local language is a plus.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet enrolment deadlines.
**Salary & Benefits**:
