*Role Overview*:
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base, focusing on generating new business opportunities in the PCB assembly sector. This role requires strategic lead generation, relationship-building skills, and in-depth knowledge of the PCB industry. You will identify and engage potential clients while providing superior customer service.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Lead Generation*: Identify and qualify prospective clients in the PCB assembly market through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- *Market Research*: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's services.
- *Pipeline Management*: Maintain accurate records of lead progress and client interactions using CRM software to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- *Negotiation & Closing*: Drive the sales process by understanding client requirements, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals that align with company goals.
- *Client Support*: Ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations, coordinating with the delivery teams to guarantee client satisfaction.
- *Networking*: Attend trade shows, webinars, and networking events to broaden the company's presence and identify new business opportunities.
- *Reporting*: Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and status updates to the management team.

*Qualifications*:

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- *Experience*: Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- preferably in the electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly services.
- *Skills*:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Expert at taking a lead through the lifecycle and communicating progress to the management.
