About Us:Mr n Mrs Pet, a leading pet store, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide excellent service, assist customers with their queries, and ensure a seamless experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries about pets, products, and services.
- Provide guidance to customers on selecting pets such as dogs, cats, and small pets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for pets and knowledge of their needs, especially for dogs, cats, and small pets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Work Schedule:

- 6 working days with rotational offs.
- Rotational shifts (no night shifts).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
