**Shift**: Night Shift - 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST

**Note: Fresher’s with Engineering Domain Education (Mechanical & Electrical) are encouraged to apply**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market conditions to attract top talent.
- **Onboarding Assistance**: Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT terminologies and roles.
- Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn RPS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
