Guest Relations Executive in the cosmetic industry plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service, fostering loyalty, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position is integral to maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and promoting the brand's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing information about the cosmetic services and products offered. Ensure clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the cosmetic products and services available to effectively inform and advise clients.

Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. Handle cancellations and rescheduling requests professionally.

Customer Feedback: Collect and address client feedback, resolving any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Report recurring concerns to management for continuous improvement.

Sales Support: Promote and upsell cosmetic products and services, contributing to sales targets. Assist clients in selecting products that align with their needs and preferences.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, preferences, and purchase history. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to coordinate promotions and events that enhance the client experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role within the cosmetic or hospitality industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
