We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pure Vegetarian Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pure Veg Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious vegetarian dishes according to our menu specifications. Your role will involve creating innovative recipes, sourcing fresh ingredients, and ensuring that all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

**Responsibilities**:

- Menu Planning: Collaborate with management to develop a diverse and appealing vegetarian menu that caters to different dietary preferences and requirements.
- Food Preparation: Prepare a wide range of vegetarian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, side dishes, and desserts, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Cooking Techniques: Demonstrate expertise in various cooking techniques specific to vegetarian cuisine, such as sautéing, steaming, roasting, grilling, and baking.
- Creativity: Bring creativity and innovation to recipe development, incorporating seasonal produce and unique flavor combinations to enhance the dining experience.
- Hygiene Standards: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring that all food safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and spoilage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Dietary Restrictions: Accommodate special dietary restrictions and allergies, providing alternative options and substitutions as needed to meet customer requirements.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistency in the taste, presentation, and portion sizes of all vegetarian dishes, conducting regular quality checks to uphold our culinary standards.
- Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, including equipment and utensils, and participate in routine cleaning tasks as part of kitchen maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Culinary Skills: Proven experience as a cook or chef specializing in vegetarian cuisine, with a strong understanding of vegetarian ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and appealing vegetarian recipes, with a keen sense of flavor combinations and presentation.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Hygiene Certification: Certification in food hygiene and safety practices is preferred, with a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the demands of the restaurant's operation.
- Passion for Vegetarian Cuisine: Genuine passion for vegetarian cooking and a commitment to promoting healthy and sustainable eating habits through plant-based cuisine.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
