**Job Summary**:
The Indian CDP will lead the Indian cuisine section in the resort kitchen. This includes preparing traditional Indian dishes, managing a small team of commis chefs, and ensuring consistent taste and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Independently cook North and South Indian dishes with authentic taste.
- Supervise and train junior staff in the Indian kitchen section.
- Ensure correct food preparation techniques and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness, proper food storage, and station organization.
- Contribute to new Indian menu creation and festival menus.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Culinary diploma with specialization in Indian cooking preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in Indian kitchens; resort experience desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of spices, gravies, tandoor operations, and plating.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
