**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation & Cooking**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Pan Asian dishes, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisine.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation according to resort standards.
- Follow recipes and guidelines while maintaining creativity in dish preparation.
- Assist in developing new menu items and special dishes.
**Kitchen Operations & Hygiene**:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, following food safety regulations.
- Properly store and handle ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality control.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
**Team Collaboration & Supervision**:
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to execute menus effectively.
- Supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years as a CDP or relevant experience in a Pan Asian kitchen.
- **Education**: Culinary diploma or equivalent certification in professional cooking.
- Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Excellent knife skills and understanding of different cooking methods.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
