**Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, call center metrics, and sales
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
