Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and technically sound Setup and Fit-out Manager to lead the setup and furnishing of serviced-apartment projects across multiple cities.This role requires hands-on fit-out coordination, site supervision, and setup execution, ensuring each property achieves full handover readiness — from structural checks to interior setup and finishing standards.Projects include:Long-Stay Apartments – Individual serviced units in metro cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai (handled with local team support).Short-Stay / Hotel-Style Projects – Large properties with multiple serviced apartments operated by Relomi, where the Manager will travel and stay on-site until project completion.The position is based at Relomi HQ – Powai, Mumbai, with travel as required to various project locations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end setup and fit-out execution for serviced-apartment and hotel-style projects — from pre-handover inspection to client-ready completion.Oversee civil and finishing rectifications — including minor repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical corrections — before final handover.Ensure proper understanding of civil structure layouts, building plans, and interior drawings to coordinate site readiness and accurate implementation.Supervise furniture placement, fixture installations, soft furnishings, lighting, and finishing touches as per brand standards.Coordinate with the Procurement Manager for timely material supply and delivery schedules.Ensure each apartment is fully equipped with required items — furniture, furnishings, electronics, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, toiletries, and linens.Maintain setup checklists, daily progress reports, and photo documentation for every project.Coordinate closely with Client Relations, Design (if applicable), and Operations teams to meet brand and client expectations.Conduct final inspections and readiness checks to ensure properties are clean, functional, and aesthetically complete.Prepare handover documents, readiness sign-offs, and walkthrough reports for QA or client teams.Travel and stay at outstation project sites until completion, ensuring on-ground coordination and timely delivery. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in setup, pre-opening, or hospitality operations, preferably in serviced apartments, hotels, or interiors.Strong understanding of fit-out work, building finishes, and basic civil and architectural layouts.Ability to coordinate with developers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project readiness.Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting skills with attention to detail.Good communication skills (English – verbal and written) for internal and client updates.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project reporting tools.Capable of managing multiple sites simultaneously with strict adherence to timelines.Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India when required.
