Coordinate and facilitate the export and import of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs documentation.
- Arrange transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics services to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents to track shipments and resolve any issues or delays.
- Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping of all import and export transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on export and import compliance, documentation, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of import and export processes.
- Monitor and track shipments, update relevant systems or databases, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
