**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **working drawings**, **GFC sets**, and **detailed construction plans** based on project requirements and site conditions.
- Collaborate with project architects and cross-functional teams on day-to-day design coordination, execution, and documentation.
- Assist in project **conceptualization**, master planning, and architectural design aligned with client requirements and statutory norms.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated project development.
- Ensure design accuracy, code compliance, and practical construction viability.
- Stay updated with **modern design trends**, materials, sustainability standards, and digital architecture tools.
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in:

- **AutoCAD** (mandatory)
- **Revit Architecture** (preferred for BIM coordination)
- **SketchUp** (for quick massing and 3D visualization)
- MS Office and Photoshop (added advantage)
- Understanding of **building bye-laws**, NBC, and local development regulations.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects efficiently.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in high-rise residential or gated community developments.
- Exposure to **innovative materials**, **green building concepts**, and **modern facade treatments**.
- Experience with **construction site coordination** is a strong plus.
