Role Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Senior .NET Software Architect who thrives on challenge, pushes technical boundaries, and consistently delivers world-class solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain mission-critical RESTful APIs and web applications that handle thousands of concurrent users with sub-100ms response times. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that are secure, efficient, and infinitely scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using .NET Core 7+.

• Build responsive, modular front-end applications with Angular 17+, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Design and optimize MS SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and performance-tuning techniques.

• Leverage Entity Framework Core and LINQ for seamless, maintainable data access.

• Enforce OOP and SOLID design principles in all solutions.

• Implement robust security measures (authentication, authorization, data encryption, threat modeling).

• Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior engineers.

• Instrument applications with logging, monitoring, and alerting for reliability and observability.

• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks under pressure.

• Stay at the cutting edge of .NET, front-end, and cloud technologies; proactively drive technical innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in .NET Core 7+: Demonstrated ability to architect, optimize, and scale mission-critical microservices under demanding load conditions.

• Expert-level C# development: Extensive experience with advanced language constructs, performance optimization, and memory management in high-throughput environments.

• Proven expertise in .NET Core Web API architecture: Track record of designing and delivering resilient, event-driven systems and microservices at enterprise scale.

• In-depth Angular 17+, HTML5, and CSS3 skills: Ability to build complex, dynamic user interfaces with component-level performance optimization and maintainable architecture.

• Comprehensive knowledge of MS SQL Server: Mastery of advanced T-SQL, indexing strategies, partitioning, query execution plans, and real-time performance tuning for large-scale databases.

• Extensive experience with Entity Framework Core: Skilled in designing sophisticated data models, implementing custom conventions, optimizing LINQ queries, and managing migrations in large teams.

• Expertise in Azure Cloud Services: Proficient in App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Service Bus, Functions, Key Vault, and infrastructure as code to achieve zero-downtime deployments and enterprise-grade security.

• Advanced debugging and profiling capabilities: Proven record of identifying and resolving complex performance bottlenecks using diagnostic tools and custom instrumentation.

• CI/CD and DevSecOps proficiency: Experience building robust automated pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, integrating security scanning, infrastructure as code, and compliance checks.

• Strong Agile leadership and collaboration: Demonstrated ability to drive Scrum processes, facilitate technical design sessions, and mentor team members to enhance productivity and code quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in financial, trading, or payment applications.

• Hands-on with Redis, Kafka, or other distributed caching/message‐queue systems.

• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates).
