Roles and Responsibilities of an Architect

Design and Planning

1. Design buildings, spaces, and environments that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

2. Develop and implement architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.

3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Project Management

1. Manage architectural projects from concept to completion.

2. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Technical Expertise

2. Specify materials, systems, and equipment for building projects.

3. Ensure buildings are designed to meet accessibility and safety standards.

Communication and Collaboration

1. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers.

3. Present design concepts and plans to clients and stakeholders.

Sustainability and Innovation

1. Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into building projects.

2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

3. Develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.

Other Responsibilities

1. Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.

3. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).

2. Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills.

3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) software and other architectural tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
