BBS Verma buildcon Private Limited, a fast-growing name in construction and renovation, is looking for ambitious Sales Partners on a commission basis to drive growth in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, as well as turnkey projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and follow up on high-quality leads for construction, renovation, and turnkey projects across all sectors.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, architects, and real estate professionals to expand our network and reach.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits, understanding specific requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts with a high degree of professionalism.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction from start to finish.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally in construction, real estate, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of local and regional markets in the construction and real estate industry.

Pay: ₹9,052.03 - ₹38,434.06 per month
