**Roles & Responsibilities -**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1 **Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the stainless steel industry.

**2** Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals.

**3 **Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop innovative products and services that meet customer requirements.

**4** Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**5** Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, operations, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

**6** Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**7 **Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

**8** Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and market presence.

**10** Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.

Overall management of all matters relating to production, commercial operations as well as

lesioning in departments, etc.. Should have handled plant in the capacity of profit centre head,

strong performance oriented environment, spearheaded Lean and TPM drive in his current

organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
