Role Description: Sales / Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **New Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the digital marketing and web development sectors.
- **Client Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while understanding their needs to deliver customized solutions.
- **Industry Expertise**: Navigate the complexities of the digital marketing landscape with confidence, showcasing a strong understanding of the services we offer.

Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales within a web development or digital marketing agency. However, freshers with a keen interest in the digital space are also encouraged to apply. Local geographical knowledge is essential for this role.

**Key Skills**:

- Proven experience in new business development and lead generation specifically for web development, digital marketing, SEO, and graphic design.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and strategies.

Pay Scale

The starting salary ranges from ₹10,000, commensurate with experience and capabilities. We believe in recognizing talent and rewarding exceptional performance.
