**About the team**

Application Managed Services (AMS) team provides technical L1 monitoring support to the FIS products and client’s Treasury and Payments business operations.

**What you will be doing**

**What you bring**:
Knowledge / Experience
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a L1 support role in Windows Server OS family
- Good knowledge of windows services.
- Good knowledge of Monitoring skills.
- Ready to work in flexible rotating shifts.
- Basic understanding of Windows Batch File Scripting, VB scripting, TCP/IP concepts
- Experience in SFTP connectivity and fault finding
- Experience with ticketing tool (such as Remedy, SNOW) around incident management
- Basic SMTP understanding

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build, maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to take the initiative and work independently or in a team
- Experience in documenting SOPs to support daily operations
- Strong desktop computing skills in MS office - PowerPoint, Visio and Excel

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science or Information Technology), BCA, BCS with no gaps in education.
- ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable

**Competencies**
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail - track record of authoring high quality documentation
- Organized approach - manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
- Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team

**Must have**
- Notice period - Not more than 30 days
- Experience - Not more than 3 years
- No gap in education or in work experience
- Ready to work in 24*5 rotating shifts
- Open position is for Pune location only so ready to move if not in Pune.

**Nice to have**
- Treasury overview
- Basic understanding of SQL database
- Basic knowledge of networking
