**About the team**:
The Ambit Asset Finance Support team is a global team of experienced consultants working together to support multinational banks and asset leasing organizations. We aim to provide the highest quality support to our growing client base of high-profile companies. You will work alongside a highly experienced team of support consultants, designers, developers, and QA engineers.

**What you will be doing**:
As a Product Support Representative, you will be the face of FIS, building strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Your role will involve assisting Ambit Asset Finance clients with their day-to-day software management. You will use your excellent problem-solving skills to analyze and replicate issues, provide guidance on client impact and potential solutions, and identify areas for improvement in their business processes.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Incident management: being the point of contact and resolving incidents for our global support structure. You may also be required to provide immediate resolution for high-priority incidents.
- Client relationship building: working with clients to document their current processes, suggesting optimal business practices, and facilitating their efficient use of the software.
- Proactive problem prevention: developing and documenting new initiatives and processes, and highlighting potential defects.
- Handle pressure-filled situations: managing client needs and timelines while understanding any financial impact.

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience in a technical support role and a dedication to customer success.
- Relevant qualifications and/or professional experience in software development and systems analysis.
- Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
