**Requirements**:

- Must have 1 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Health Insurance experience is Preferred.
- Proficient in English & Hindi languages. Other Indian languages are an added advantage.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as Oral & verbal communication skills.
- Highly goal-oriented with customer first attitude.
- Ready to work in fast-paced environments and adaptable and thrive in a changing environment.

**Key knowledge**
- English and Hindi Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language

including the meaning of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Customer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This

includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of

customer satisfaction.
- Telecommunications — Knowledge of controlling and operations of telecommunications

systems.

**Eligibility and Qualification**
- Graduation/12th

**Designation: Customer Service Associate**

**Working Hours**: 9:30 - 6:30 PM IST

**Working Days**: Monday - Sunday (Rotational off)

**Office Location**: Bellandur Bangalore

**Interview Mode**: Virtual

**Salary**: Up to 6 LPA depending upon experience and last withdrawn salary

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
