Instapreps aims to conduct confidence diagnosis drives to identify the students who might fail & save them from failing by boosting the confidence and preparedness of the students.

**About the job role: -**

Job profile: - Field marketer

Job type: - Full time field job, contract

Location: - Work from home

**Duties & responsibilities of a Field Marketer are: -**
- Representing 7Classes in on-ground BTL promotional events in malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, departmental stores, etc.
- Interacting with customers/ parents in such activities to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo
- Manage operations of the BTL activity to make sure it runs smoothly.
- Do school visits & Applications download.
- Research, plan & then implement the annual field marketing plan.
- Contribute strategic marketing plan in support of sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Expand sales pipeline by continuous regional Marketing effort.
- Publish the content online & take out print outs to deliver it during the field marketing.
- create & Execute the new marketing strategies.
- Have to Perform multiple tasks Marketing, public relations & community engagement activities at a particular location.
- Take participation in new & existing marketing programs & philosophies.

**Required Skills, Qualification & skills: -**
- Excellent communication skills in the Regional language, English and Hindi
- Driven to interact with people
- Looking to improve their interpersonal skills

**Education & Experience: -**
- Minimum 12th pass.
- 0 to 2 years of experience of working in Sales/Marketing

**Additional information: -**

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
