**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our team in **Nashik**. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, property showcasing, client engagement, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and expand a strong database of prospective clients and properties.

**Sales & Business Development**
- Present, promote, and sell properties to potential buyers.
- Arrange and conduct property tours, site visits, open houses, and client meetings.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts, offers, and related documentation.
- Ensure smooth and timely closure of sales transactions.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and transactions.
- Submit regular sales performance reports (weekly/monthly) to the management.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in real estate sales and selling the plots will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
