We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team in the tourism industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and promoting our travel and tourism services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets, all while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients such as travel agencies, corporate groups, and individual travelers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Present and promote travel packages, tours, and services to new and existing clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Research the market and identify emerging trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clients with customized travel solutions based on their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Prepare and submit quotations, contracts, and other documentation related to sales.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, including revenue, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop strategies to increase market share in specific tourist destinations or segments.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the tourism or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the tourism market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for travel and tourism is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
