**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert leads into sales through outbound calls and setting appointments.
- Conduct site visits with potential customers and provide project information.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Address customer queries and provide support.
- Follow up with potential buyers and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with the site team for project updates and client communication.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports and data.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Real Estate.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Freshers with a BBA/MBA or relevant sales experience are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Immediate joining preferred.
