**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the planning and facilitation of standard meetings to include; backlog preparation, iteration planning, iteration reviews and daily stand-ups. Preparing proper Release plans and implementing right deployment cycles as per product timelines.
- Document technical specifications for custom development as and when needed.
- Work with Project team to understand and prioritize project deliveries based on the priorities set by the customer.
- Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. Recommends new process and tools to achieve advanced project management.
- Engages and assists the product owner to ensure that work requests are properly articulated, prioritized and detailed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 4+ years preferred
- Proven expertise in Project Planning and Execution using industry standard project management tools.
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., scrum).
- Experience in project cost management and budgeting.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle using JIRA.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Ability to study up on the project objective, understand the technical underbelly of the work, and the ability to communicate in non-technical terms.
- Cost and risk management skills.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent team player with very good communication, consultation and collaboration skills.

- Expertise in Stakeholder Management, with excellent negotiation skills
- Immediate to 1 month notice preferred
