**Job Title**: Project Coordinator/Manager

**Summary**:The Technical Project Coordinator/Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and coordination of all technical aspects of Software development projects. This includes tasks such as:

- Analyzing game design specifications to determine project milestones and deliverables
- Creating and managing project schedules and budgets
- Scheduling and coordinating the work of technical teams
- Communicating with stakeholders to keep themupdated on project progress
- Identifying and resolving technical problems
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry, preferably in a technical project management role.
- Experience of executing projects in Agile prescribed engineering practices and be able to embody tenets of agile development philosophies to various constituencies such as (Automation, continuous integration, periodic demos, deployment and monitoring tools).
- Be conversant with JIRA. Maintain and periodically evaluate key project related metrics to gauge progress and identify areas for improvement and establish a medium that gives management & key stakeholders visibility into the current status/progress of each tracked project.
- Must have experience interacting and managing production for a development team (front end/back-end programmers & QA).
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the development life cycle of games, from concept to release
- Ensure that the quality and vision of games are maintained
- Work with game designers and artists to translate their ideas into technical specifications
- Work with engineers and programmers to develop and implement game features
- Track the progress of games and identify potential problems early on
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress
- Resolve technical problems and issues
- Ensure that games are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)
