We are looking for an experienced **Project Coordinator** in Facade to join our innovative, fast-growing company.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Supervise and oversee all installation works at site in coordination with all site staff personnel.
- Conducts study of shop drawings, site verification, and preparation of preliminary cutting list for design department.
- Monitors/maintains all site correspondence, material / shop drawing submittals, drawing details, cutting list, material delivery notes, and all required documents at site.
- Prepares work schedule, accomplishment report and progress reports as required for invoice/valuation purposes.
- Coordinates with site personnel regarding the status of work and provides any required design inputs, request for materials & equipment's necessary to complete the job. Coordinate with Main contractor Engineers.
- Raise inspection for the installed aluminum works and get approval from consultant. Attend Technical/Progress meeting with the clients. Consultants and Project Managers and discuss the project progress.
- Preparing variation requests if any.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
