Key Responsibilities:
**IT Infrastructure Management**:

- Implementation and maintenance of the company's IT software like DMS,LMS, Internal portal and IT Ticketing
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of Greythr HRMS Software.

**User Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees experiencing IT-related issues with the infrastructure tools installed.
- Develop and deliver training programs to new employees on the proper use of installed IT systems.

**Project Management**:

- Lead Travel Hypermart Project development stage to meet management's expectations, providing necessary data and assistance to the development team and management as required.
- Coordinate with external vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Documentation Management:Create and maintain project documentation,
- Responsible for preparing monthly work reports to summarize project activities, accomplishments, and key metrics for management and stakeholders.
- Managing and maintaining data in Power BI
- Coordinate the UI/UX design for the website

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
