Job Title **Executive -Outreach**

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Outreach, Events, or related field
- 23-27 years of age (preferred)
- Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or corporate communications — preferably in the space or related sectors
- Successful track record in fostering stakeholder relationships and delivering impactful outreach programs

- Social Media & Influencer Campaign Management

ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Planning
- Research emerging trends and best practices to develop compelling event concepts aligned with STEPL’s PR strategy
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define event goals and objectives
- Coordinate all logístical aspects — venue, catering, AV, entertainment, etc.
- Prepare and monitor event budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including on-site coordination and contingency planning

Media & Communications
- Build and maintain media relations; prepare pitch materials and secure press coverage
- Draft press releases, media advisories, and respond to journalist inquiries
- Manage the creation and distribution of promotional assets (print, digital, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify reach through social media campaigns and influencer partnerships

Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and build relationships with sponsors, attendees, strategic partners, and special guests
- Manage communication and ensure satisfaction with stakeholder needs
- Facilitate post-event follow-up and relationship nurturing

Crisis Management & Contingency Planning
- Develop and maintain crisis communication plans for events (e.g., negative media or on-site disruptions)
- Act swiftly to handle media inquiries, manage negative publicity, and maintain event continuity
- Track and analyze metrics across media coverage, attendee feedback, social engagement, and ROI
- Conduct post-event debrief sessions to identify successes and improvement areas
- Integrate insights into best-practice guidelines for future activities

Training & Review Timeline
- **Onboarding/training duration**: 10 days
- **Probation period**: 6 months
- **Performance appraisal cycle**: Annually
