Talent Acquisition Associate will be a imperative part of the inhouse recruitment team. We are looking forward to hire someone wo is passionate about IT recruitment & has thorough understanding of the skills & roles.

Requirement
- 4 to 6 years of strong hands-on experience on IT recruitment.
- Strong phone screening exposure & impressive selection ration.
- Passionate about IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication
- Time flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Self driven

Job Responsibilities
- Understand the job role & silks thoroughly.
- Proactively coordinating with the hiring manager for the interview schedule & timely feedbacks.
- Must be able to targets immediate joiners.
- Maintain the job postings & ATS system.
- Able to prepare weekly recruitment status report.
- Maintain high onboarding ratio.
- Should constantly work on evolving hiring strategy.
- Must maintain the high quality of overall hiring.
