Job Description

- Supervise and Monitor associates work production
- Identify opportunities to improve repetitive processes to enhance productivity and reduce errors
- Provide ongoing training to team to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Keep the team motivated and engaged by doing repetitive and administrative tasks
- Partner with internal customers to support ongoing business growth and initiatives

This role will beaccountablefor:

- Reviewing and editing job requisitions in designated timeframe
- Ensuring accuracy to job specifics, like location, shift, pay, etc..
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the output meets the required standards
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their performance and address any issues promptly

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and executing global talent acquisition strategies
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and analytics
- Proficiency in using talent acquisition technologies and platforms
- Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
