**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:

- Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various departments to generate regular reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by monitoring data entry, storage, and processing systems.
- Organize and update databases to ensure they are reliable, consistent, and accurate.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking business performance.

**System Administration**:

- Oversee the performance and functionality of the MIS system, ensuring it meets business needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, resolve issues, and optimize the software for efficiency.

**Support in Business Operations**:

- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for management meetings.
- Act as a liaison between business operations and technical teams to facilitate smooth data flow and system integration.
- Provide MIS support to different departments, ensuring they have access to necessary reports and data.

**Data Quality & Compliance**:

- Monitor and improve the data quality within the system.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations concerning data privacy and protection.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously assess and improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Identify gaps in existing reports and processes and recommend improvements for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: ₹11,827.12 - ₹20,000.00 per month
